SIGMAS commits to comply with the legal provisions framework in effect. It is up to SIGMAS to establish the purposes of Personal Data processing, to provide complete information on it, and to maintain a register of processing consistent with reality.

VI. Law and Allocation Jurisdiction

Any dispute in connection with the use of the site vayasigmas.com is subject to Belgian law. Apart from cases where the law does not allow it, exclusive jurisdiction is given to the competent courts of Brussels.
